Our Chef

Chef Jeff Bovee is a food service professional with over 40 years of experience. He started out in his parent’s hotel/restaurant/tavern at the tender age of six. Chef has worked for major contract food service companies, including Compass Group, Sodexho (now Sodexo), and Marriott, and he has taken 3rd place in a national chef competition!

A chef is also an artist and Jeff proves it! Every meal served is a piece of art. Come and enjoy your exclusive masterpiece!

Having traveled to all fifty states and thirty six countries he brings the culinary influences from around the world to his cooking. Creating new and innovative meals is a passion that will never end!

Caterer & Event Specialist

Master Caterer and Event Specialist Heike Corbeil has been working in the food service industry for 35 years. She started in the hotel and restaurant industry in Germany and Austria.

She later spent twelve years as the onsite restaurant and catering manager of the “Old World German Village” in Huntington Beach.

Heike opened her own German Specialty restaurant in La Quinta. She is fantastic in helping arrange and organize the events and will be your right hand person in making your gathering perfect!
